My experience at Metrowest Prosthodontics was wonderful (as always). The office was running perfectly on schedule and I did not have to wait at all. Chris (dental hygienist) was charming and personable but also diligent and efficient. She also was more than happy to answer my questions and carefully address my concerns. Seeing Dr. Cohen is always a delight, he?s so friendly and down-to-earth. Hi Barbara. I thought that the hygenist was good but very bland. I did not feel as welcome as I normally do. I did not even see you or Donna. I felt the service level has declined and I felt herded in and out.
