No problems, had to wait a bit, but could have been worse Hygenist was pleasant, competent.
I have never come back from the dentist having had such a fun experience! Honestly - who says sitting in a dentist chair for 3 hours is "fun"? I never have until my recent appointment with Dr. McElligot and Suzanne had me laughing all throughout my procedure! They made what should have been a long, uncomfortable procedure thoroughly entertaining! My usual anxiety was nonexistant! And - they both do great work. My appointment started on time and my hygienist , Mary, did an excellent job. She is very personable and is a expert in her work.
Excellent consultation, thorough, personable, excellent communication an ability to respond to my questions. The staff during this initial visit were all friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Abramovitz was detailed and responsive in her explanations and interactive and thorough in her exam. I'm hoping to continue to work with her.
Had a cavity filled. Injection was painless and work looks great. I can't even see where they filled in!
A veneer on one of my front teeth broke off during a meal. I sent an email to Metrowest Prosthodontics after 7:00 p.m. and received a call the next morning before 8:30! I got an appointment that morning with Dr. Gendel. She was able fix and reattach the veneer. It looks like new. I am very pleased with the result.
2 hour session and one more session to get a permanent crown. Dr. Gendel and the other staff were very nice.
Chris was an absolute pleasure. She made me very comfortable. I was totally at ease while she cleaned my teeth.
Chris is the best dental hygienist ever. I feel cared for and am happy that she is paying attention to my dental health. My teeth and gums feel clean and I know I'm doing my part to stay in good shape. Her attentiveness and professional demeanor are invaluable.
