My cleaning appointment was a very pleasant experience as it usually is. My appointment started at time it was scheduled and Mary, the hygienist, was very professional and thorough as she did my cleaning. We always have small talk during my appointment.
I have been a patient for several years, and the staff at Metrowest Prosthodontics feel like family. I've had major work done, and through it all they were there to keep my spirits up, along with delivering quality service. I give them my highest recommendation.

Needed a 2nd opinion on dental work. Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and professional. I wish I started my dental work here. I am very happy with everyone---beginning at the front desk to the exam room---quality care with people who care!!!

The people at this office are always the kindest, and I have only good things to say about my visit. I wasn't feeling all that well during the appt. and would have tried to re-schedule but I had already confirmed 3-4 times that I WOULD be there. So I wasn't the most congenial but the both the girl who took my xrays and Dr. Gendel overlooked my sour disposition.
