My experience was absolutely wonderful at Metrowest Family Eye Care. Dr. Tran caught and corrected a former eye glass prescription error made by another provider. My new glasses and the prescription are working great for me. Both Dr. Tran and Amanda were extremely helpful...from assisting me with my new glasses selection, to understanding where best to apply insurance coverage benefits. I also love that you can book an appointment online too! Highly recommend them.
Dr. Tran Pantano was extremely professional and thorough when I recently visited her for an eye infection. I was able to see her quickly and get started on medication to address my issue without delay. She also followed up with me to be sure my eye was cleaning up. I greatly appreciate her and her staff's attention to detail.
There are not enough superlatives to describe how great Dr. Tran has been as my eye doctor for about the past decade. Unlike my previous doctor, who for years spent most of my appointments trying to talk me into getting lasik, she listened and helped me find the right contacts to suit my busy lifestyle. Yen did a thorough eye exam on my 8 year old. She is great with kids!
Dr Pantano was amazing at patiently working with my two fidgety boys, age 4 and 8. She was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining to us what each of the machines did and the health of our eyes, highly recommended!!
