DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They never showed up to my scheduled appt & then lied to my home owner warranty company that "no one was home" I was home all day! They called & said they'd be late by 2 hours & still NEVER came! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Metrotech Heating and Air has really went out of their way to give great customer service. They have installed new systems at our house and on a rental property. They're quick to respond even in this cold weather. They've went out of their way to accommodate us.
Horrible!!! NO call, NO show on multiple occasions. Finally had to go with another vendor to get service. I WOULD NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!! I want to give them a 0 star review, but you won't let me.
