RecommendedLove this place! I get my birthday cake here every year.
Worst service possible. I ordered a cake for the event on Friday two days ago and they call me on Thursday (!) telling me my order cannot be fulfilled because they miss an ingredient, suggesting me to buy some cupcakes (?) instead. Now i have to find an alternative in 24 hours because they preferred to let me know today. Good job.
First the Tasting was great!!!! Wedding cake on September 30,2017 was deelish and decorated beautifully!!! Tasted amazing and really moist!! Thanks Louie for making the day "sweet" can't give enough stars ��������������

Amazing cakes yes. But I'm so disappointed in the service, I called twice and twice I got put on 20 minute hold. I figured they were really busy, sent my sister in and she said they weren't busy at all. I got hung up on. And I don't expect great service or anything but at least some politeness. Hey sorry about the wait. Nothing. Rude customer service.
Doesn't respond to email reply. Going with a bakery that can get back me in less then 4 days.
