I KEEP HEARING A LOT OF HORRIBLE STORIES ABOUT METRO SOUTH BUT IM SORRY I HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE ANY THING BAD,, IM ALWAYS TREATED WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT,,, COURTESY, ER IS REALING GOOD VERY KIND DOCTORS AND NURSES,,,,AND IF I GET ADMITTED I GET TREATED SO WELL ALL THE NURSES ON THE FOURTH AND FIFTH FLOOR ARE SO NICE,,,,SUPER NURSES ,,,, SO UNTIL THINGS CHANGE THIS IS ONE OF THE BETTER HOSPITALS
I was ok with it. I liked the security for the labor rooms. Everyone was very nice to my daughter, thorough and professional that first 2 days. After that i didn't go back but i know they were not happy with the follow-up unit at all.
My poor mother 98 years old who is blind. her lunch tray came at 12:00 and the tray is sitting away from her and it's 1:39. they are trifflen.
This is the worst hospital, I don't recommend it. The staff is nice, but the doctor don't ever come around and they are very unorganized. I hope to never have to come back here.
My with was a very pleasant . I would maybe give Metro S. Medical Center a three star rating. The doctors I dealt with where very competent. The nurses on the floors were good. This was my personal experience and opinion.
