Had a low voltage reading on my Generac generator. Call to report problem. Call on Monday 8/24/26 to report outage. On Tues 8/25/26, the service team were here. Problem was diagnosed and repaired. Can't ask for faster service. MetroPower installed my generator and am very pleased with their service. .
Steve Haynes and his group have always gone out of their way to help me when no one else would. That is a rare dying type of customer service you don't see too often anymore. I thank them sincerely for their kindness and consideration!

BUYERS BEWARE! I previously gave this company a glowing review. This time however I’m very dissatisfied. I was charged $175.00 for a three minute visit. I was NOT informed that the service fee would be so high. I will pay BUT I will never use their services again.
