Horrible logistics company. Canceled delivery in the last minute of a 10 hour delivery window with some excuse that their “driver was injured”. Turns out the furniture was never even put on a truck at their Columbus, OH warehouse for the run to Pittsburgh. Notified Costco that the delivery was completed and closed the ticket. Four phone calls and two weeks later, Metropolitan admits that the item never left their warehouse. I have never dealt with such a poor/unacceptable/awful company. For 2.5 months I have been waiting for them to pick up an item. Every other week I would be put on the "schedule", but the truck driver would NEVER come. 4 times I took off work to meet them during my delivery window- I was stood up every time. Anytime I would call customer service to ask why the driver isn't coming in the delivery window, the customer service rep on the phone would not be able to reach the dispatcher and would reschedule me again for 2 weeks- t... read more
