I’ve never had any problems with this office until now. I purchased contacts that ended up being defective. After getting the run around from the office staff as well as the manufacturer. The solution that I received from the manager was so insulting and she also hung up in my face. There isn’t an owner present that I can speak to, so I was given an email address so I’m hoping that whoever runs the account will be able to rectify the issue. If not, I certainly will not be back and neither will my family
Drs. Are great staff is disgusting. Been going there over 50 yrs new own thevnew staff very unwelcoming. Incorrect info given twice to me. I changed my frames then couldn't see out of my glasses was told no more changes WHAT? ? I cant see. Said if your not happy call the manager. No thats your job. Owner called me assured me it will all be taken care of well 5 weeks. And i still dont have my glasses come to find out the first time the bifocal was put in incorrectly the manager said . noone checked this before i got them. Smh... read more
I have been seeing Metropolitan Vision Associates since the late 90's. I saw Dr. Scarpace until he retired a few years ago, and now I see Dr. Francisco. He is one of the most knowledgeable and personable optometrists I've seen, and I've seen quite a few over the years as my insurance changed around. I recently came back to Metropolitan Vision after feeling like other optometrists were trying to rush me through. DO NOT GO TO METROPOLITAN VISION! My family was under the care of the doctors and staff of this facility since 1999 and we just recently found out how INADEQUATE, CARELESS and RUDE the doctors and staff are. My son was just recently diagnosed with severe keratoconus, which is a disease of the cornea. Which went UNDETECTED BY METRO'S FACILITY SINCE 2001.
