The pompous condo manager, Brian McGee, probably is getting kickbacks from all the ongoing construction going on for 8 plus years. Endured harassing letters for leaving a bit of dust from scratching post from cat on hallway carpet, security knocked at door at 9:30pm, and also claims of "hoarding" after they told me to put everything on floors due to cupboards being sprayed for bug control, yearly basis, and bug control doubles as a excuse to spy on apartments. 757 Victoria Park Avenue is a well run Del Building, I love the community both in and around the building. We have a full list of amenities the pool is awesome (& my fav). I'm able to walk to everything the subway, the dry cleaners, Lowes, and a there are few top notch grocery stores (M & M, Metro, Loblaws and Freshco) just minutes away. We have a great social committee, there is always something great going on.
An under-rated gem. Great value for the money. Building was constructed back in the early '80s when standards were much higher - unlike the 'house of cards' condos they are building today.
