Shady at best A number of years ago this company did the bait and switch on a group of people regarding siding type. They quoted the price for aluminum siding and installed their standard vinyl. State Farm took them to task but since they were technically not the customer Metropolitan threatened all of us with suits to pay the difference. State Farm agreed to pay all of the individual peoples lawyer fees which caused Metropolitan to back down and agree not to come after anyone. BUYER STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! Don't trust this company! Before you sign to do work with this company, get another opinion! I trusted what their representative told me, and now I feel scammed!
Bill T. In response to the anonymous poster, all that the warning states is that it was being "investigated" of "aggressive tactics." I know this to be false, I am looking at the canvassing pitch right now. No where does it say "claim you are a agent of Mundelein" or "be aggressive." My boss told me first hand to be opposite of that and stick to the script written for us.

Great People to Work With We have a completely different view of them than the other poster had. They were NOT at all pushy. They gave us an estimate, the work was completed in a timely manner and under their estimate. Not only that, they sent someone out after the work was completed (siding and roofing) to do a walk-through. The person noticed the siding color (on the back of the house) didn't match exactly (a teeny bit off) and they took all the siding COMPLETELY off and re-did it.
