Good grief. Man I swear , it’s people like Edith, who wouldn’t give me her last name. She was sooooooooooo rude. She was very disrespectful. So unprofessional. And couldn’t help me at all. She acted as if I was a burden to her. She couldn’t even fake like she cared, or wanted to help.. I’m the one with sewerage back up problems.jus wanted to call her all sorts of names.. Had a great experience getting an issue resolved, very nice people who picked up the phone, quality work installing a new clean out, and even made pictures/videos of our clogged pipe to help us figure out where the problem was. Thanks!

Our sewer has been backed up since April. One of the cities guys came out and said it’s the cities responsibility but his camera stopped working and he couldn’t get a full scope of the issue and said he’d be back. He never came back and now nobody will call us back or answer the phone when we call. I was on hold again for 45 minutes today with no answer. What are people supposed to do when they cannot even get ahold of someone to help?!
