I have had a great experience with MSD. Solomon and Bert came out quickly and were very informative when I reported a backup. James and his crew (Todd and several others) did an excellent job repairing my broken sewer pipe, installing a clean out, and applying asphalt. Grateful for the good service from MSD!
The Individuals that I've encountered were very professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Great service overall.

Good grief. Man I swear , it’s people like Edith, who wouldn’t give me her last name. She was sooooooooooo rude. She was very disrespectful. So unprofessional. And couldn’t help me at all. She acted as if I was a burden to her. She couldn’t even fake like she cared, or wanted to help.. I’m the one with sewerage back up problems.jus wanted to call her all sorts of names.. MSD, Edith don’t like her job, at least when I called.. I felt so helpless. Thanks Edith.. I hope you will be nicer and respectful. Shouldn’t act so privile... read more
