The Metropolitan Periodontics team members were thorough in their assessments, clearly communicated their findings, and were 'personable'!
Dr. Kersten and his team were all amazing! Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcomed. Dr.Kersten was upfront and honest about what to expect with results after doing a very thorough examination. I would trust him to care for any of my periodontal needs, and would happily refer friends and family to them.
Very good. Got some good advice about how to improve. Usually, I feel blamed but these last 2 visits I have felt encouraged.
Friendly efficient and gentle staff. Their equipment seems state of the art, and staff are adept at using it. I have had to “ grow bone “ at least twice, and it astonished me what they are able to do in the Implant process, which allows me to look normal and chew food! Hats off to Dr Wilson and the awesome team.
I am pleased with how nice everyone was at the office. Tawn took the time to explain everything to me and I appreciated that. I also thought it was kind and professional that Dr Kersten personally called me the next day to check in. However, there is one recommendation I have: I wouldn’t tell patients they won’t have much pain after a dental surgery. My experience after getting the surgery was pain for 3 days that was not controlled by ice/stella kit/salt water gargle/ibuprofen/tylenol that I was in my care plan. I was awoke... read more
