I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sara Murdick at Metropolitan Pediatrics. My son had severe ear pain and his ear was bleeding. My husband took him to see Dr. Murdick and explained that our son had been in a lot of pain the night before and that there had been bleeding from his ear. However, he was told that everything looked fine. No explanation was given for the pain or the bleeding. We love the entire team and especially Dr. Nygard and his nurse Kerry (we hope we spelled that correctly!). They are truly wonderful, caring, and wholesome people. Every visit to Metropolitan Pediatrics has been a very low-stress and positive experience. The office team also deserves special recognition — they are always responsive, kind, and helpful. Did not have a good experience unfortunately with this clinic. Wait time were too long for phone medical questions (up to 1:30h) and billing details were not transparent.
When I first switched my kids to Metropolitan Pediatrics I was a little nervous because I had read some negative reviews about the front desk staff. We’ve now been going to MetroPeds for 2 years, and I have nothing but good things to say!
