The doctors n treatment is good but their billing system is kind of fraud. I went with my kids for initial visit, I have explained an issue my kid is facing so the Dr X doctor called another Dr Y. Dr Y just came n spoke for 2 minutes n told to take appointment even for this they charged us, when I called multiple times they said they will look into it and come back but till now they didn't

We brought our 18-month old for his checkup and flu and Hep A vaccines, and the experience was so horrifying that I can’t even sleep. One nurse was a trainee (which they never disclosed beforehand), and during the second shot the needle bent almost 90 degrees, leaving a visible cut on my son’s leg. The nurse didn’t even apologize and just said “it’s just a scratch” and walked out without proper treatment. To the nurse who said this, IT’S NOT JUST A DAMN SCRATCH!!
