I love my studio here but the fruit flies are really messing up my experience of thoroughly enjoying it. Idk where these fruit flies are coming from and I've spent about $100 out of my own pocket for traps. Also, the elevator for parking 1&2 stays out of service & the hallways are not anyways the cleanest. There has also been a few tweakers on the street having episodes & just being real loud disturbing my peace but it's Seattle downtown so I guess that's expected. Terrible communication and uncaring, disorganized, ghosting management after Kiki left. They will make every excuse to why important issues can’t be worked on or communicated properly. They will treat you as if you don’t deserve to have a safe place to live. The regional manager literally doesn’t respond to issues I have conveyed. I tried to talk to her about it in person and she said she didn’t have time, then I saw her leisurely stroll around with plenty of time to talk to me. The elevators often don’t work.
