They left us without a functional front door for a week. The city cited them. They retaliated about maintenance requests including illegal eviction notices the city forced them to rescind. There is active mold remediation in the building stairwells and constantly standing water in them. They cover the mildew smell with menthol. The ventilation is broken or intentionally disabled in all of the garages except the one by the leasing office. Do not let them fool you there are only two employees on site everyone else is a day... read more
Alyx and John are great stewards of Metropolitan Park! They’ve made my time here much more pleasant than it needs to be. They are so friendly and always ready to help. The only downside so far is being next to I-5 but the sound insulation makes it bearable, and I almost never hear my neighbors.
