I have lived at Metropolitan Park Apts for about 5 years. My girlfriend and I enjoy it very much. The current staff is super helpful and on top of things, Alyx at the desk was super helpful for my lease setup and John the maintenance man is just the best, he carries the place on his shoulders every day, give him a raise! We have a great apt, an ideal location for my work to get on the i-5 or 90, going to and from work is much less hassle than a lot of people have. I've been living here for a couple of months now and I'm really pleased with the apartment I'm in! The property manager Alyx has been amazing and super helpful in the short time she's been in charge of the building, and John the maintenance guy is incredible at completing work quickly. If you're considering Met Park, I'd definitely recommend it as a solid apartment complex with a decent rent. Updated 12/22/25: I honestly wasn't certain that another property manager could match Kiki's competence, common sense, and compassion. I was wrong...after an interim manager who was definitely not a fit for Metropolitan Park, we got Alyxandra (Alyx)and she's been amazing! She's organized community events, persuaded the owners to make some important improvements for safety, enforced policies for everyone's comfort and enjoyment, and her door is always open! Alyx and John are an incredible team who are truly dedicated to making sure every residents experience is a good one! They’ve always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues we’ve ever had I loved my time at Met Park because of them!
