Alyx and John are the dream team! Very friendly, flexible and communicative. We love our MP team!
I do not live here, just a review on the manager! We had a tour in March with Alyx the manager and while we decided to go with a different location to better suit our needs, our tour was great. Alyx was kind and welcoming. The building is old but clean and well maintained. Alyx was great with follow up and getting us on the schedule, the apartments were spacious and loved the resident library.
Metropolitan Park was a great place to live. Cheep for being right in downtown Seattle a few blocks up from the ferry and the waterfront, the international districts and stadium are also a couple blocks away. I was able to walk or scooter to my workplace. The staff are great and supper friendly. John the maintenance guy is friendly and great to talk with pretty quick getting to any maintenance requests. Alyx is awesome! Everyone around was super friendly and the rooftop view is great!
Alyx and John are the best manager and maintainance person we have ever had. Though the apartment is right next to the highway, it is very loud and disruptive for light sleeper. Their application process uses AI to weed out insufficient income. It is very strict and does not recognize self employed pay stuff and such no matter what. They require 3 months of bank statements instead but that is a lot of information to give away. In general, it is a nice place to live and enjoyable neighborhood if you like international foods.
