Add more security to the parking garages. Elevators constantly go out. There’s now a massive leak in the building.
I had to update my review to give the property a great review! Im coming up on a year at living at MP and it has been pleasant for the most part and especially now with the new property manager Alyxandra Millz who has been making sure that the policies are being followed while also making the staying experience Fun! John and Kiki are also so dearly appreciated! My only suggestion would be to add a Fitness area and cameras to the elevators and in all the parking garages for extra security. I would not recommend living here. But I guess I would also recommend not moving out because it's been a hell of a time trying to get my return deposit after moving out. An extremely flawed system that has caused many hiccups and has made my refund check over 3 months late and I am still waiting on getting my money back. So don't give this apartment your money because you may never get it back. Kiki I'm still waiting for my check with the correct name on it so that I can actually put it into my bank account.
John is a tremendous help in my time of need. I know that after I moved here I was in good hands with maintenance. I miss Kiki as well. Cheers and move here.
John is an exceptional member of the MetPark community and staff team! He keeps this place running and is thoughtful towards residents.
