Dont rent from them. They have too many properties to take care of them and are a greedy family owned business. The girls who work as senior property managers could care less about the residents. 1. Upper management issues. Try getting a call back within 10 business days unless you just moved in or they want you to sign a lease. 2. Rent increases at the end of every lease. $200 late fees. 3. DO NOT rent from this management company! I rented a unit in one of their buildings and am still suffering from the consequences. It took over 4 months for them to make repairs in my apartment to enable me to have hot, running water in my kitchen not to mention the unsanitary apartment conditions and pest infestations I moved into after paying a non refundable cleaning fee .
