This is one of the worst property "management" companies that exists in this city, this county, and this state. The elevator in the building broke down (something that has happened 3 times in a span of 6 months) so I had to use the stairwell, which has been caked in human feces for days. When I tried to get back into the building, the only way upstairs is through the poop-covered stairwell, but the doorknob would no longer accept my key and I couldn't get upstairs to my apartment door. Truly the most abhorrent people I've ever dealt with. After we had broke our lease according to terms because of an endless list of safety, health and property conditions, it took them over two months to return HALF of our deposit. We are still waiting for the rest of our deposit now almost three months after our vacation of the unit. These people will not return your calls, messages or any form of communication, and blatantly disregard legal dues if you don't push them on it.
