Jim Camp from Metropolitan Home Inspections inspected a couple of different properties for my mother. Jim’s work was thorough and detailed both times. The reports he provided were complete and easy to read. My mother knew exactly what she was getting into with these properties after Jim’s excellent analysis. Plus, we considered his rate to be very fair for the work performed. I would not hesitate contacting Jim in the future to inspect any property that I’m considering purchasing. Highly recommend!
Jim was phenomenal from beginning to end. He communicates clearly setting expectations, holding high standards, and providing a very detailed client advisory document alongside a more detailed inspection report. I am not a buyer/seller.
