Metro Ford has been my go-to dealership for vehicles over the last 20 years. I've never had a negative experience with them for service or a vehicle buying experience.
This place was very disappointing from the used car manager to the salesman. Sold me a truck for $13,000 and when I brought it in for a oil change. All these things were wrong with it. Needless to say $9,000 dollars later and when I went back into them they gave me the runaround how they check it over thoroughly. Would not trust this place ever again. The consultants in the service department have been unfriendly and unhelpful my last 2 visits. Not only do they not acknowledge their customers or treat them in a friendly manner, they seem to be unhappy and uninterested in their job. Their default response to any questions is “I have no idea” and “you’ll have to leave it here”.
