Went around early July to get a used car. Horribly overpriced OTD number, only $500 discount to "cover" hail damages, employees were rude and pushy. When I didn't like the offers they were giving me I told them I will be in next week. They tried to pressure me by saying it is a "risky move since it might not be here next week". Week later I got a similar car that was newer with less miles and cheaper at a different dealership since they couldn't compete with their offer. I recently set up an appointment to have my son's car looked at for a potential Ford focus recall. I have never felt so disappointed with service; Tony E. not only did not contact customer care to review the recall, we were not offered options or even the choice of buying a car from them. I guess he assumed I could not afford the repairs or purchasing another vehicle for my son before leaving for college soon. Four + hours wasted...

I brought my flex in for AC repair. Initial evaluation with quote for repair was $1100. All electrical repair and they recharged the compressor but never documented a leak. One week later it stopped working and brought its back in- huge leak in the compressor and replacement/ repair was quoted at $2000. I never would have done the initial repair if they had done an adequate first evaluation. I feel I was had and am now out $1100 and no functioning AC. No one willing to admit poor service initially. Will not go back.

Jes at Metro Ford service was great in servicing our ford escape. Very personal and attentive and helped us coordinate at a tricky tow situation. Have taken my car here for years and will continue to do so.
