I lived at Metrolofts for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, the units are open and bright and it's located a short walk to anywhere in the CWE. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the CWE.
Update to January 19, 2016 review. Having now reached the end of our short-term occupancy (7 months), and completed the move out, I can say that our high opinion of these apartments and the property managers has only gotten better! Throughout our occupancy, repairs (very few) were addressed promptly and well. On move-out, the staff was as professional and helpful as they were when soliciting our lease and during our move-in. We love the Metrolofts! The staff is the friendliest and so personable and they love our doggie! They have the best activities and always have delicious cookies in the office. Anytime a repair is needed in our apartment it is fixed within 24 hours! I also love the gym and again- the staff is the best!!!!
The rental managers for this property are among the most professional and helpful I've seen. While I cannot offer a recommendation based on long-term residency (just moved in), we leased this apartment sight-unseen and were not disappointed! Great location with Children's Hospital only a short walk away. Plenty of places to eat nearby. St. Louis bread company is under apartments. Metro only a short walk as well.
I really enjoyed my place at the Metrolofts! As a foodie, being close to CWE was a huge benefit. I used to live in Soulard but I had a lot of problems with my car getting broken into. The garage and all of the other amenities at Metrolofts were perfect. Also, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Metrolofts Apartments!
We really enjoyed our time at metro lofts! Being in the CWE is prime with endless restaurants and Forest Park within walking distance. The staff was always helpful. Ask for Jodie, our first time there she treated us with great kindness showed us around and found the perfect unit for us. If we did not move to Boston we would still be at Metro Lofts.
