Awful. Dr. Srodes doesn't care about his patients at all. When you call to speak to a nurse, you have to leave a voicemail and wait 1-2 days for a call back and if you don't answer they just leave another voicemail saying to call back. People work and can't answer during the day. They don't even send you a message in the myUPMC portal. The procedure I got done here caused me ear drum damage and ear ringing, despite Dr. Srodes telling me 99.9% of those who have the procedure done don't experience problems. No one responds. No call back. No response to an online questionnaire. Terrible customer service. This is a red flag to stay clear. This kind of service will only continue.
Appointment is at 2:30… 20 minutes already sitting in the waiting room. Ridiculous. Do better. Outrageous, unprofessional and very inefficient
Visited two physicians who were both dismissive and condescending.
Trust the other reviews. This place is a sham. We called to make an appt and were given a verbal questionnaire over the phone about our 4 year old daughter’s tonsillitis symptoms. Explained she has large tonsils, snores, no other symptoms. Told to come in for an appointment. When we got to her appt, doc finally comes in and says “welp, she snores.
