Estuve solamente una vez y en esa vez hice un pago en cash,no me dieron recibo y hace unos días me llaman porque ese pago no quedo registrado le pregunté si me podía hacer una revisión de algunas manchas y me dijo que no,que tenia que coger otra cita,pero ya habia pagado mi seguro y mi copay en fin,todo fue demasiado rápido, lo bueno es que no hay apenas espera.Espero que se organicen mejor en administración.
La atención muy buena ,No me gustó la modalidad del lugar . Solo se pueden hablar de dos inquietudes de la salud y todo esto en 30 segundos la dr parecía q iba corriendo y a todo esto con seguro y todo 75 dólares . No es por es dinero no salí satisfecha y si quería preguntar por una dermatitis q otra cita . Es la primera vez que paso por algo así . Malísimo
We are long time patients of this clinic. As per our experience, there's a fast turnover of providers. Since we started, we've probably been with at least 5 NPs, all of them are knowledgeable. There's almost always no waiting time, staff is courteous and Omaira is a godsend!
Efficiency is beautiful-all staff involved.
I visited this office four weeks ago because it’s close to where I live but ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seen. Since then, I’ve had to call multiple times and leave several voicemails and patient portal messages just to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy; it finally went through after a week. I also requested a correction to my prescription over a week ago, but it still hasn’t been updated.
