This place did help my son a few years ago HOWEVER!!! I just found out my son was sent to collections.. My insurance company sent my son to this place IN NETWORK to see a doctor in NETWORK. DR ORTIZ at the time took care of my son and now we are being billed for services she provided because she was not IN NETWORK not sure whos fault that is. I remember confirming at the time all insurance was correct and to our surprise it wasnt. Dr Ortiz was good but the administrative people not good at all..
My husband and I had an appointment at the Elizabeth office, and because we refused to leave our credit card or spending account card on file, we were denied service. I spoke with a women named Rose who said she was the office manager in the Clark office, when I told her that it was illegal to make anyone leave their credit card on file and to deny them service because they didn’t want to, she started to sing a different song. Muy mala te dicen un precio por la consulta y luego varía el precio y no saben cómo explicarte por qué subió el precio si solamente fue una consulta.no recomiendo a nadie está clínica
Cobraron en mi debit card y despues tambien le pasaron el mismo pago a mi seguro . No me quieren dar el dinero que me descontaron de la debit card
