MONICA CASARIEGO, PA-C was excellent with her bedside manners and attentive to my medical needs. She explained clearly the treatment plan and addressed my concerns. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the outcome of my initial consultation. The front desk receptionist and medical assistant were courteous and polite.
Very disappointing first experience. My appointment was at 12:15 PM, and I arrived on time and completed all of the required paperwork. After waiting until 12:55 PM, I was informed that the doctor wouldn’t see me until after her lunch break and only after seeing two other patients, including one who arrived late after I did. If a provider has a scheduled lunch break, patients shouldn’t be booked right before it especially new patients who typically require more time.
