the staff doesn’t listen. I scheduled two appointments and specifically requested after 2:30. They scheduled them for 2 and put me as a no show and charged fees. When calling them to fix it. They said it wasn’t their problem.
Dr. Wong and his team are great! They are all friendly, helpful, spend time with you, listen, discuss. Been going here for over 6 years and very happy with the care. They follow up on phone calls, help with prescriptions, communicate, and very accommodating. Best doctor I’ve ever had!
