Our perfect home! Kim was a CHARM! My husband and I have toured many apartments and wanted to find a home that had vintage charm But wasn’t stuck in a rural area. Our hoke at the Metropolitan feels like a house! The space is used PERFECTLY! Nice place to live. All life resources nearby. Management easy to work with.
Do not rent a studio in the basement... I have heard the upper floors are wonderful so just the basement units review here... 1. There is no hot water and sadly they won't tell you. They will shame you for Inquiring because it's an old building. Well, maybe let customers know so they can make an informed choice of where to live. 2. If delivery packages are stolen (which happens a lot with no security here as other building have) they blame the entire country and advise to get mail elsewhere....weird. make it safe like other ... read more
