Living here for 3 years, I can say that it is a great apartment and location in Center City in value and convenience. The 24-hour door staff are awesome people; mail and packages are handled well. The property management and maintenance are responsive and communicate with the community often.
The woman at the front desk is so disrespectful please try to hire people who have customer service experience didn't feel welcomed at all would not stay here again would not recommend just book a hotel

We moved here and moved from Miami and we’re happy with the building’s location and the value compared to other apartments we toured. Hands down the best pricing for size and amenities for the area. I was a bit off put when we applied as they required a significant upfront cost since my credit needs improvement but we rented a expensive luxury apartment with min money down and never missed a payment but their requirements are displayed with the quality of residents in the building.
