Good location Price per square foot one of the best in center city
1. They Airbnb units. Airbnbers are smoking in their units - stinking up hallways. And will go around the gym with their phones our just recording 2. Insulation is horrible. Your air escapes as soon as it’s pumped in 3. Roaches in units, they do minimal work to help that 4. Rooftop is ugly. Imagine a concrete slab with flipped chairs and puddles of water 5. Raising amenity fees without actually improving amenities. 2/6 treadmills don’t work, one bench doesn’t work in the gym. 6. One doorman is phenomenal. That’s it.
The receptionist was very rude and dismissive when I asked for help with the delivery she just ignored rudely while scrolling on screen
Fees on fees on fees. There's a move in fee, move out fee, water usage fee, trash fee, fee to use amenities (required). Management looks to hose residents wherever possible. Additionally, the assigned property manager is detached and not active.
