When I walked in and told him I wanted my hair shorter, Michael said he knew what I meant, presumably having looked at the reference photos he claims to keep ahead of time and which I was never shown before thr cut. Only after he left my hair too long did I ask to see the reference photos he was using. Turns out he used old reference photos. I showed him photos from when he had most recently cut it and what I thought he was initially referencing, he took no time to examine and immediately started buzzing my hair with clipper... read more
Good haircut, but they charged a hidden fee at the end, an extra $30 for "long hair". Wish they had been transparent about that up front.
