Should be able to give this company a minus star. They neglect to send notifications of fee changes and then charge late fees and send threatening letters for collections. For more than two years, they send notice of past due payment. Time and again I've answered with proof of payment that they totally ignore. Talked with one very rude employee who also refused to listen. Requested a copy of bylaws and rules-again no answer. This company should be FIRED!!!
If you want someone who is obstinate and refuses to follow simple & clear instructions from the Board of Directors ask for Carey to be your Property Manager. If you want someone who is argumentative with the Board of Directors and insists on doing things her way instead of the Board's way ask for Carey Porter to be your Property Manager.
