No parking during the day time whatsoever. Also some people park their cars and leave huge gaps in between, not enough for another car to park, but enough to take out the space in general leaving no space for cars.

METROPOLIS is the worst parking company. How can they arbitrarily raise the rate, claiming it's because of an event? Signs throughout the lot stated $15 for 8 hours; the $50 charge didn't appear when I entered my details—it only showed up after I had already entered my credit card information. I paid $52 for 39 minutes of parking.

I would give them -10 stars if I could!!! We patronized their services at 501 first residences. We purchased their service for the weekend. We waited 30 to over an hour each day of our vehicle. They were not prepared for the amount of clients on a check out day such as a Sunday !! The whole entire point of renting an Airbnb is for more convenience than a hotel !! We waited 130 for our vehicle!!!! This was totally unacceptable and if 501 First Residences continue to use them dont expect us back!!!!
