Scammy company. Do not park your car in their facility! They charge you every time you come in and out $25 a pop. Even if you’re only there 10 minutes. We tried to call and they told us that’s just how it is. So they charge you every single time you go to the gas station, or to a store, or to dinner etc. every single time you leave. Scam
First time use this barcode service, Stuck with a ticket for a previous Avis car renter who didn't pay for the ticket of $52.5. I sent them an email telling them I was not the person they were trying to for. Had to exchange a couple of emails and attached my rental agreement to get the refund. But at least it was done. Just watch out if you have a rental car
At first they seemed a little rude but once I talked to them I realized they have to be firm to be secure and it ended up that the woman supervising the shift went way out of her way to help me get a customers car started so they could go back to another state good people secure facility 5 stars.
