Scam parking lot in Flushing, I paid parking fee when exit, but it text me late pay bill for $68!

The Newport Parking Ops Manager, by name Gabriel Gonzalez (cc'd) acted very irresponsibly today. He booted my Tesla car while it was being charged at 20 North Blvd parking garage. I have an official reserved parking spot at this Garage plus my car was being charged when it got booted. I got full proof of the charging session history, the credit card payment, the image of the Greenspot charging station that confirm the car was being charged for last 10 hours.
