The parking charge me for 3 nights i stay on west gate only 2 night is completely ridiculous and they never amser the calls.
Put up event parking signs after I had already parked. Than charged $25 for parking and the event was small. Wonder if they just do it every weekend?
Don’t park here if you can help it. They’ll charge you an extra $10 on top of the parking fee and if you contact customer service they’ll tell you that you have to wait 8-10 business days for a refund.
These people are crooks. They charge my account without authorization. I have to call the bank each time to dispute the charge. No customer service at all. Even my bank said they are breaking the law. Stay away from this Metropolis SCAM!!!
They charged me 147.00 for parking when we were told it was free for the APA event. They refused to reimburse my money.
