literately had the worst experience. misleading and they also had horrible parking lines, like draw straight ones.

Very misleading advertisement, more of a scam than anything. States public parking, but the signs stating “no free parking anytime” are placed on the outer perimeter and blocked by parked vehicles(many places in Knoxville have free parking on the weekends or after 6pm). I came back to a $60 ticket, more than triple the rate of a parking violation on actual public property. The lot is desolate at the least and the manager/owner of the property is by definition a slumlord.

Parked here over night, and missed the sign that said exact change only, so was unfortunately out $10 (don't make my mistake!). Got a ticket in the morning for $50 and called the number on the ticket to see if it was through the city. The gentleman who called me back (Charles is what he said his name was) apparently stalked me on social media, as he said, "maybe I'll stop by the [place of business where I work]" when I mentioned leaving a review.
