El systema de esta Co. Es un robo descarado después de escanear el código y pagar el ticket mismo momento…aparece 2 Días después un aviso que no se pagó y un cargo doble de tardío 85$ ok pago y al mes otra carta que no he pagado otra vez hay pruebas en mi estado de cuentas que si entro el pago quieren otro cargo de 55 ?? This parking place is a nightmare greedy parking fee! 54 dollars for a late fee not even my fault cause their payment system sucks and got a message that I owed them 54 for late fee and no staff inside to help you.
I went into this parking lot, thinking it was part of the mall. The gates opened immediately without any card access or tickets given. It was extremely confusing, and there were no visible signs, giving us information to make an educated decision. At that point we were also already inside. I had to buy my daughter some things at the sporting goods store and get her to her softball game by 7:30 so I just continued on and hustled to get back to the car. The payment system is not working
On Sunday night, I took my team out for a holiday dinner. When I arrived to the lot gates were opened. When I leave gates were closed. There was a number at the gate for me to call on my way out which I did. That employee raised the gate and let me out, never told me anything about having to pay for anything. All of a sudden I have a text message saying I have to pay $21 within 48 hours if not, I’ll get charged an additional $54.50 which is outrageous.
