Besides the obvious issue of how overpriced the real problem is if you ever have an issue because of their buggy app because boy are you in for a ride if you have to chat with their “help” line. Possibly the most incompetent people I have ever spoken to in my life like you literally cannot get them to understand what you are saying no matter how you explain it to them. They even have the audacity to be super hateful towards you because they lack basic reading comprehension
Parked at 8:47 am. Wrote me a $60.00 ticket at 8:55 am. Said my parking ticket wasn’t visible. My windows aren’t tinted. Refuse to pay it. Hope they take me to court. Their crooks.
