No parking attendant, no ticketing machine, and no payment machine. Parking rates and terms of use are not posted at entry. Everything is locked behind a QR code. To enter the parking structure as a pedestrian you need to scan the QR code by the door to unlock it. There is no other way to enter the structure on foot because it is entirely walled and gated up. The app is not very intuitive to use. I added the wrong vehicle, but there is no obvious way to remove it or create a new session. I applied a discount, but since the wrong vehicle was still active, the discount didn't get applied to the correct vehicle. The parking assistant doesn't have enough knowledge to help out either. So, be aware! Instead of having an edit or end session button, the function is buried in the help button.
I reserved a spot ahead of time on SpotHero and I could not leave the lot without paying again, at a higher rate. Happened to multiple people as they were leaving.
Watch out for the secret employee parking on the south side of the lot. No signs anywhere but security will sprint out to let you know.
