It is a bit freaky how this totally digital system works. There is no ticket. You just scan QRcode with your smart phone register and it just works i guess reading your license plate. No hiccups. And the next you visit you dont even need to do anything . It remembers. The bad is the parking stalls are on the narrow side but the price is very good. The driving lanes are tight as well so be careful driving especially around corners.
Really frustrating experience as a monthly subscriber. I’ve been parking here for the past 5 years, and ever since ownership changed to Metropolis, the parking policy has already changed twice with little to no notice or explanation.
There is a significant security lapse. Unauthorized individuals are frequently seen 'car-hopping' in bright day light, testing door handles for easy targets. Park here at your own risk.
I took my team out for a holiday dinner. When I arrived to the lot the gates were opened. When I left, gates were closed. There was a number at the gate for me to call on my way out which I did. That employee raised the gate and let me out, never told me anything about having to pay for anything. All of a sudden I have a text message saying I have to pay $21 within 48 hours if not, I’ll get charged an additional $54.50 which is outrageous.
