They have lost a customer. Charged me $358 dollars for 4 days in late fees. I didn’t even know the payment was late. No alert or anything.

Most confusing garage ive been in. No attendants anywhere to be found to leave keys. No obvious lobby, when called no one answered. Will not be coming here again

Never go there to Park your car they are scammers and Thanks God i did figure out at the time during talking to that Scammer Employee and her scammer manager and drive out and found a great Parking in 100 meters. They want me to authorise and put my card details to pay $35 for 24 hours parking without showing exact amount i am authorising to pay. And next day they will charge me as max they can when i go to pick my car they will create the scenario for the over charge payment that date has changed and late fee and blah blah.... read more

Horrifically bad. Claim to make so easy. Just enter info, park and go. Lies. They did not charge card ON FILE. Then added $65 in late fees. No prior notification of any issue. Had to pay just to get rid of it. No wonder they are being sued by so many

Usually was $13 a day but now we have to sign up to Metropolis and it’s magically an extra $1 as the “service fee”. Stuff like this is why these easy “seamless” transitions are nonsense. Adding an extra dollar for no reason! Trash.
