In the words of Arnold, "This is not a baby gym." Real old school atmosphere which is hard to find nowadays with all the mainstream gyms popping up. ALL exercises including deadlifts are allowed. Unlike some gyms they allow you to push your self harder and become a better body builder/athlete. Great Gym.
