This person acted like he was all about helping my widowed disabled father sell our home and he didnt even show it to one person. He called a few of those well buy your house companies and that's it. They agreed on starting the listing at $249k but only tried to keep getting my father to take a lower and lower price ultimately leaving my father and myself almost $50k in the neg when he sold our house for $183k when we never agreed on it. Talked to Vincent about getting an appraisal done on 2 houses in probate. He gave me 3 dates on Thursday that he was available so I could check with the executor. The executor decided on Saturday. Called multiple times on Friday but he didn't return my calls. Luckily I was able to find Appraisal Solutions & they worked us into their schedule.
