Today is my first visit and I’m so happy I found them. The staff is so welcoming! I was greeted by Sylvia whom checked me in with a warm smile. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Joyce at the front desk who is super friendly. Marcos was very informative and polite. J2 (Joyce) was also very kind and friendly we had a great convo. Yes I am so glad that I was able to see Ms. Porras and her wonderful assistant Brenda. The time before I saw Diddy and he took me off of meds that I need to keep me healthy and taking me off those meds it caused me to gain a lot of weight over a 3 month period. But again thanks to Ms Porras and Brenda, Ms P placed me back on my meds and I am so grateful to her and to Brenda her MA that always take wonderful care of me for getting me back on the right track. I really appreciate Mrs. Porras & her Medical Assistant Brenda..They are a great team and they LISTEN…which is very IMPORTANT to me.
I have been utilizing medical services from Plaza Medical for more than 15 years and the experience has always been great from the front desk to the nursing and medicals. What makes me stay is the camaraderie with the Brenda and the medical team. I don't feel like a number but a person when Im interacting with Brenda and the team.
