This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this clinic. On both occasions, I waited more than an hour for a routine annual exam. While patients are waiting, the reception staff spend most of their time talking among themselves, which gives the impression of poor organization and little respect for people’s time. I have been coming here for nearly 10 years. It was fine when I was just coming for checkups and high cholesterol. Now, I’m having some serious medical issues. It’s been a 3 month ordeal and I still have no answers. And all throughout that time, the most frustrating part is the phone call system. When you call they always immediately ask you to hold.
