This is the worst property management company ever! Avoid metroplex homes at all costs! They will scam you out of your rent and deposits making up lies and bogus charges! I would rate them with a 0 if I could! Karen is very rude and extremely unprofessional!
I have been a client with Metroplex Homes for many years. I have 6 properties managed by them. They are the best. The website portal is convenient and easy to use. They really know their stuff. They treat your property like they would their own. I am very impressed with them have had no issues. They are careful to qualify the tenants. I have worked with several property management companies that have disappointed me. Karen at Metroplex Homes is always quick to respond and very helpful. If she doesnt know the answer she will do whatever it takes to find out. Looks out for my property as if it was her own. I normally do not do reviews but I am so impressed with this company I feel like I should.
