We had a issue with the air conditioner and the service provider said the compressor needed to be replaced. The issue is when I called them about supplying a window unit to get us by they didnt offer a unit. When you run a property management company you should have these for clients to use on a needed basis. Also they have no contact with you after you have stuff repaired to assure the client problem is resolved. like our front door is still not repaired. Do better with customer service.
