I've been to Metroplex Endodontics twice now and both times I had a great visit. They are very timely and make things very easy for me.
It's a pleasant office. The work is done very well and I am very happy with the results I have had. I will come here again if I am required to use their services.
Dan Bishop and his assistant- Lisa need to practice bedside manners! Not once did either one of them greet me (by my name no less), nor did they try to learn it. Only one person said my name-Lorena. She was really sweet and nice. Carol was also a sweetheart as well- great sense of humor she has. Lorena asked me how to pronounce my name, and she actually tried to have a conversation with me. I've had two previous appointments - one in March, 2009 with Dr. Dan Bishop for a broken tooth root and the second with Dr. Karla Bishop in Dec. 2010 for a root canal. Both procedures were performed with the highest quality care using modern equipments - superbly professional. Likewise the business office staff were friendly and helpful.
