With any other doctor or dentist, I would have been waiting for 2 hours even with a scheduled appointment, but here at Metroplex Endodontics, that is not the case. No complaints at all.
The staff was quick and friendly. The doctor explained so much to me about what was actually going on and helped me understand.
The check in and check out process was very easy, as was scheduling the visit ahead of time. The staff was wonderful and so was Dr. Bishop!
I honestly can't think of anything that Metroplex could do to improve. I think they do a great job already, keep it up.
