Sought laser peel procedure, 3rd one. First two went fine. This one was done by Dr. *******and he was acting like he didn’t know what to with the machine which should have been a red flag for me but he is a dr, I thought I was in good hands. This 3rd time was the only time the peel hurt, the first two times was nice and easy. After getting home and being in pain, my face in three spots started oozing liquid. RecommendedDr. Hensley has been our family dermatologist for over 10 years. Dr. H, his staff and nurses are awesome!
I understand the cancel appointment policy however when your mom is 85 and not in good health sometimes you can’t help what happens. I called to cancel and I realize it was only two hours before her appointment time however $150 cancellation fee is a little steep.

After my Dermotoligest retired I tried 2 other ones of which I wasn't very enthused with. I was surprised to find some of these Drs are only interested in money and not my problem I have had for lots of years. Anyway I found Dr. Jeffrey Cizenski MD at Metroplex Dermotology on North Fielder Road and he helped me with my problem. He actually listened. Has helped me very much and I so appreciate him and his wonderful staff. So if you are in need of a good Dermotology I would recommend this place.
