They gave me a Tesla model Y long range not fully charged and come to find out the model Y has a bad battery and instead of getting long range capability it gets standard range capability but I paid for long range. They refuse to offer me any viable options and instead their advocates on the phone sound like soulless robots that just read off a script. DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA!!!!
1000% would purchase another vehicle thru Cavana. 30 minutes online and 23 minutes to pick up new car and trade in old car. Terrence is the GOAT. After dealing with 3 dealerships in 5 days I decide to give Carvana a try. So happy I did. Would never purchase a car any other way now. Another satisfied customer.
I bought a car from here right before Carvana bought the dealership. I wasn't told about the sale which makes sense but I was told that I have two free oil changes for my car. My husband has called at least a couple of times for an appointment with this dealership for the oil change and they say that they will call back but no one has called back.
I had a very frustrating experience with Caravan Jeep Dodge regarding a repair on my 2023 Grand Wagoneer. A transmission heater hose failed, leading to about a $1,100 repair—on a vehicle that costs over $100k and is still relatively new. What made this worse was how the situation was handled. I own a Body Shop and I order a part for a 2022 Jeep Cherokee at first they say that I iwas going to get it next day ....next day I called for a ETA and they told me that they forgot to send it....now is 3 days and nothing...also the sales rep told me that the driver lost the key for the delivery truck....what a BS is that .....but I guess they want business.......WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE
