If you buy a car from here and get it serviced. Check that they do there job properly. Someone just drove off with the bottom cover of the car dragging. I told him to go back get that fixed and Carvana said its not a Safety Hazard. I would have personally had them fix it. There is a reason that cover is supposed to be there and thats to protect the bottom of the car. Those people should be held accountable on doing their job correctly. I’ve been sent here to save you from Carvana. I ordered online and chose May 20th, 6:30 PM to pick-up. Carvana, with no explanation, changed the date to May 27th. Why? Nobody knew. I asked several employees for an explanation. Collectively, they had the attitude of a houseplant. The change came from On High, and On High does not return calls.
