The leasing office folks are extremely helpful, professional & communicate quickly. Property itself is very nice - great gym. Area is awesome - lots to do. Walkable grocery store, restaurants, entertainment. Maintenance is great - both times I have submitted a request, it was taken care of same day. Transparent pricing, free google wifi for each unit, and just a very well kept property in general.
Even though I will not be relocating to Huntsville at the moment I would recommend you check this place out. There is so much happening in Midcity and several cool projects still to come. Such a cool, walkable, and fun area all while being 10-15min at most from downtown and short drive to UAH. Abby was great and very knowledgeable!
The apt staffs are really friendly and sweet. I like the apartment so far as a new tenant. I just have to get used to the eco friendly washer (sorry, I'm used to those old school washers) but all is well. Update: I kind of figured out the washer option. 🤩 Good machines. Thanks!
