We called Metrolina after arriving home to find water damage from burst pipes in the attic. Despite it being a holiday, and this being a widespread issue due to a storm, Paul Noble was at our house immediately. He thoroughly assessed the situation and set up equipment to minimize our loss. Continuum Restoration did a fantastic job! All mitigation is underway and I loved that they paid attention to taking care of our home as they worked. Mats were out down on our floors for them going in and out and then once they were done, they mopped up and left our home neat. Very respectful of our space. Quality work.
Donzell and his team in Marietta were excellent, especially after our experience with two other terrible vendors. Despite half of the city being swamped they made it out to our place with the quickness and fully stocked on equipment to deal with our 50+ gallon flood in the basement bedroom. Metrolina really knows what they are doing, provide excellent service and follow through, and they are absolute professionals. Hopefully I won’t need this kind of help again, but if I do I know who I can trust to call.
